Winning entries receive $25 cash awards. Honorable mentions receive a duck in the race at RNC’s 2nd Annual Recycling Fair June 5, Noon to 3 pm at Fremont Lake Park. The duck race pays $300 for the first duck in, and $20 per duck for the next ten. Winners and honorable mentions also receive a certificate of achievement.
